Kingdom South is a new church on a mission to work the words of Jesus together in Columbia.
We believe that our lives, communities, and city will be transformed as we live this way.
For us, the church is not another subculture but the making of a new humanity. It's not a building or a weekend activity but a people. We strive to live out the gospel in our city throughout the week, then gather as a community each weekend.
We will partner with God in His plan to redeem our city by promoting kingdom living, developing kingdom leaders, and planting kingdom churches.
Our prayer is as Jesus prayed that God's will would be done in Columbia as it is in Heaven.

Jesus isn’t only our Savior; He’s our example. We don’t just want the benefits of His sacrifice; we seek His rule over our lives. So we surrender to the slow, refining work of sanctification, trusting it as God’s will for us to be made more like Jesus daily.
We believe following Jesus isn’t a solo journey but one taken in step with others. We resist the pull of hyperindividualism and choose community, building relationships marked by honesty and accountability. Church isn’t just a place we go to, it’s the people we grow with.

We're exploring what it means to fulfill the Great Commission while living the Great Commandment in the post-Christian West. As a people sent by Jesus, we believe our greatest gift to our cities isn't our church, it is our lives lived out in service as Jesus did.
